With over 20 years of lending experience and having personally bought, sold and moved my family of 4 and fur babies, I understand that every loan transaction is different however always personal. I pride myself on open and honest communication, education and options so you can make the best loan decisions that suit you. My favorite part of being a loan officer, besides building relationships with my clients and referral partners, is making all the puzzle pieces fit! I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and excel at putting together strategies for clients who wish to buy a home first before selling their current home.

I am a second generation loan officer and started my career in wholesale lending working with mortgage brokers. I spent many years working inside real estate offices as the in-house lender so I intimately understand the homebuying process from both sides and what it takes to be a strong loan officer. I am proud to be a mortgage broker who offers conventional and government loans, down payment assistance programs, investor loans, constructions loans, home equity lines of credit and bridge loans.

My family immigrated from Vietnam when I was nine months old and we settled in Campbell, CA. I graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Marketing in 2002 and it's where I also met my husband, Chris. After living in the South Bay and starting a family, we moved to Pleasanton, CA in July 2021 with our two sons and cats. I am often driving my sons around for lessons, practices and games or volunteering at their schools. Nothing brings me more joy than watching my sons play sports and sharing in that with the community of sports parents and friends.
